There is a growing need for mental health in today's society due to several reasons. Mental disorders are becoming more prevalent, and the stigma surrounding mental illness is slowly diminishing, leading more people to seek help.
Many individuals may not have access
to traditional mental health services due
to factors
such as financial constraints, lack of transportation, or living in rural areas.
A mobile app
that can be accessed from a smartphone can help bridge this gap and provide assistance
to those who may not have access to other resources.
Creating a mental health mobile app involved researching
the industry, developing a concept, wireframing, designing
the interface and completing the UI Kit.
By following these steps, our team created
a user-friendly and effective app that addresses
the needs of its target audience.
Mood tracking
Monitor emotions and mental state over time, identify patterns and triggers, gain insights into mental health, and adjust self-care strategies accordingly. Add notes, photos, and audio recordings to remember your emotions better.


Sleep tracking
Monitor sleep patterns, track the quality and duration
of sleep, set goals and reminders for improving sleep hygiene, and gain insights into how sleep habits may be impacting overall health and well-being.


Activity planner
Schedule and organize daily or weekly activities, set goals and reminders for physical exercise and social engagement, track progress towards achieving goals, and stay motivated
to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.


Soundscapes
Listen to a variety of soothing
and calming ambient sounds, such as nature sounds, white noise, and gentle music, that can help relax, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and enhance overall well-being.


Helpcast
A mental health podcast feature provides users with access toinformative and engaging podcasts that cover a range
of mental health topics, offer expert insights, and share personal stories and experiences, helping users to increase their understanding of mental health issues and improve
their own well-being.


Breathing guidance
Exercises, techniques, and visualizations to help reduce
stress, anxiety, and tension, increase mindfulness
and relaxation.

The project provides users with a comprehensive and accessible platform to manage their mental health, learn from experts, and connect with resources and support networks.
Additionally, the app is user-friendly and customizable, allowing users to tailor it to their
specific needs and preferences.
