When they came to us, the vision was already there. It was clear, structured, and emotionally considerate. Our role was to structure it, shape it, and turn it into a reliable product.
The product is built for women who have been overlooked by traditional fitness: women with higher BMI, busy mothers with limited time, and those tired of being pushed or shamed.

Embody wanted a different direction — aligned with balanced wellness app design, without pressure or performance-centric expectations. Instead — support, clarity, and comfort. A brand that approaches the body with consideration and care.

Our goal was to translate the emotional foundation of the brand into a consistent experience — supportive, friendly, and calm. This applied to the visual identity, content logic, and interface.
The design language focuses on presence. The UX focuses on clarity. An experience created with respect for individual needs.
Brand identity
We started with a deep dive into the yoga and wellness market — studying behavior patterns, emotional triggers, and reasons users abandon apps early. The insights defined the UX flows and content structure, with attention to user flow optimization and long-term retention.

Brand identity
We built scalable systems — UI components, illustration libraries, and a framework that adapts as Embody grows, including a flexible design system for mobile app development.
Also we helped form a conversion funnel that reflects the supportive nature of the brand, relevant for thoughtful mobile app design wellness work. Each element supports the same outcome. Reduce anxiety. Build trust. Help users feel "this was made for me."

App design

Quiz funnels are standard — familiar hooks with strong conversion patterns. We refined the flow without disrupting familiarity, continuing the structure often needed in wellness app redesign scenarios.

This is where most fitness apps lose people — especially seniors, women with higher BMI, and anyone intimidated by movement. For Embody, the real question was: How to make the first step approachable and clear?

"Push through the pain" often creates pressure rather than motivation. Embody users didn't need demanding guidance — they needed a product that recognizes the hesitation many feel at the beginning.

From the quiz to the app, the transition feels seamless. Deep link. Secure token. Auto-filled login.
Users see their plan before they commit — and understand how it reflects their answers. Transparency reduces hesitation and strengthens trust.

Greeting by name. Visuals aligned with age group. Subtle cues that signal relevance. Small details shape a predictable and comfortable experience.

The onboarding ends with a short introductory practice. Users can start, skip, or set a reminder — keeping the pace flexible and user-friendly.
Users see needed equipment, exercise list, and guidance. Additional help is one tap away.

The brand communicates steady progress instead of streaks. Each session begins with a simple, supportive greeting.
Soft, natural tones. Predictable interactions. A calm and stable environment that is essential for wellness-focused products.

A single neutral silhouette with subtle highlights. Simple, honest, respectful.

The new visual identity shaped the emotional and strategic direction of the brand. The UX architecture set the product logic and continues to guide new features.
Feedback from investors and early users described the experience as clear, consistent, and aligned with the brand's purpose.
